Pegasus 800, built-in 1979 as No 58 by Ridgeway Marine to a design by Gordon Harris.
GRP Hull and Deck with lifting keel and tiller steering. Large self-draining cockpit with lockers to port and starboard. Nice wide side decks making going forward easy and secure. Anchor well forward with stem head fitting and double roller.
GRP moulded cabin liner helps the interior feel light and airy and is easier to keep clean than traditional headlining in use on many boats of this period.
This vessel sustained some hull damage during a storm in 1988 and a new hull, deck and mouldings were supplied by Pegasus Yachts.

As you enter the saloon to starboard is the galley with gimballed cooker and a sink with manually pumped cold water over a cupboard. The galley unit slid back in to allow access to the quarter berth.
To port there is a chart table which slides into the quarter-berth when not in use also leaving a single seat exposed.
The main saloon is light and airy with a central seating area and a dining table attached to the king post allowing the table to be raised and lowered to any height. There is cupboard shelving along both sides of the hull and additional storage beneath each berth.
