Accommodation
Offering upto 6 berths with good standing headroom throughout. Up forward has a double V-berth, hanging locker, good storage, deck opening hatch and access directly to the heads.
The heads compartment is to port with access from the saloon and forecabin. Is is equipment with a marine toilet, wash basin, shower and good ventilation. The chart table is opposite to starboard with storage, swivel seat & instruments. In the saloon there are two single settee berths, either side of the fixed, double drop leaved table.
The L-shaped galley is in the port quarter of the saloon with a gimballed Plastimo Neptune two hob gas stove with oven and grill. Supercool electric fridge, twin stainless steel sinks with good storage around. The aft cabin is in the starboard quarter with a good sized double bed, hanging locker and vanity unit.
Light grey upholstery. Cabins are carpeted. Pressurised hot water and cold water throughout.
Mechanical Systems
Located under the companionway stairs, is the Yanmar 3YM20 marine diesel engine, fitted new in 2019. This was unused, ex-display model. 3 cylinders, 21hp, indirect cooling via a heat exchanger. Shaft driven to a Darglow feathering 3 bladed propeller. Single lever controls. Approximately 77 engine hours. Regularly serviced. 55 litre fuel capacity in a stainless steel tank.

Fractional rigged Bermudan sloop. Keel stepped mast and boom by Z-Spars (1991). Stainless steel standing rigging (2019). Terylene and Dyneema running rigging. Alloy spinnaker pole. Two Lewmar 40ST sheet winches. Two Lewmar 16ST halyard winches. Slab reefed mainsail. Furlex 104S headsail furling system (2019). The current mainsheet system is removeable and the harken gear to revert to the standard mid-boom mainsheet system in front of the companionway is included.

This Parker 31 was built in 1991 GW Parker & Sons Ltd to a Tony Castro design. White GRP hull with style strips. White GRP deck with light grey moulded non-slip. Lifting wing keel. Transom hung rudder with tiller. Hull was epoxied from new. Keel was dropped last year and full checked. Hydraulic ram was sent away to have its seals replaced.
