Beautiful Houseboat with redone mahogany interior and an awesome large deck! This 1971 PACEMAKER 35 is a gem of a houseboat! This boat has been in the Long Island, NY region for 10+ years. The current owner purchased her in 2009 from a private seller from the area. Fromthe boat was used very minimally to travel around the waters of Long Island. In 2013 the seller decided to keep the boat docked at the marina to be used solely as a weekend spot on the water. The engines were winterized and have not been ran ever since. The boat stays in the water year round except for the short period of time when she gets hauled out once every 2-3 years to have the bottom paint redone; with the most recent haul out with bottom paint job being completed in April 2021. The current owner reports that the interior of the boat was completely redone. The custom woodwork is outstanding throughout and the outdoor deck is a very spacious space to be able to entertain and spend time with family and friends. The interior space offers enough room for two people comfortably, however, there is only one extra twin sized bed for an overnight guest visit.
