Otto Schein Sailing Catamaran in fair condition the owner says she is ready to sail. The boat will soon be taken out of the water for a hull inspection and replacement saildrive bearing. The owner agrees that a cosmetic repaint would benefit the aesthetic appearance of the catamaran yacht; however, he maintains she is in a usable condition. Under Spanish maritime recreational regulations, all sailing vessels over a certain length must pass a safety for use in Spanish waters inspection. The next Spanish Inspection is not due until 2029.
