This 2006 Ocean Yachts 57 Odyssey name DIVIDENDS is a beautiful, well-cared for example of this popular Ocean Yachts 57 Odyssey. Lovingly and meticulously looked after by a watchful owner, she literally shines as you approach her. Professionally maintained, nicely updated, and essentially a turn-key vessel, she's ready for her new owners to take over and experience all the adventures she has to offer. Everything on board stays - from the bicycles to the spare props.
Originally built for Ocean Yachts as a "showboat" she has numerous upgrades, including the larger Cat C-18 engines (1,015hp ea) vs. the standard 3406 engines, Granite countertops, timber detailed inlays and more!
Several other noteworthy items include:
DIVIDENDS is an incredible example of the Ocean 57 Odyssey. Meticulously maintained and competitively priced, she won't last long. Call today for more information.
As you step aboard and enter the spacious cockpit from one of three entry gates (port, starboard, and aft) you'll notice all the room dedicated to comfort and enjoyment while at the dock or underway. A large fixed table, surrounded by a bench seat aft and two nice teak chairs provides plenty of seating.
There is a set of stairs leading to the bridge, copious amounts of storage, and a nice extended sunshade above to keep the elements and sun at bay.
Moving forward into the salon, one enters a palatial space with comfortable furniture, very detailed woodwork, and excellent visibility through wide bright windows.
A step above is the well-appointed Galley with real granite countertops, excellent appliances, an incredible amount of storage, and even a 4-person settee across from the galley.
Down the interior companionway lie the 3 staterooms. A nice side-by-side guest bunk, a very well-appointed forward VIP cabin with a dedicated en-suite head and shower, and lastly a master stateroom fit for a king.
The enclosed bridge is reached either via outside stairs, or an interior circular staircase. With newly renovated overhead coverings, comfortable Pompanette helm chairs, and an impressive array of electronics and navigation equipment, she's definitely ready for the horizon.

We called her the beginning of an entirely new yacht classification. The boating press agreed. We declared that she would be the epitome of comfortable offshore living - a yacht whose beam, stability, seaworthiness, extraordinary amenities, and thorough-going comfort would change people's attitudes toward long-range cruising. It did. We claimed that, while she was not a sport fisherman, the Odyssey had the diesel speed and agile performance of a Super Sport. Her new owners confirmed it.
