Additional Comments The current owner of Demelza had planned on extensive coastal and river cruising and undertook a very thorough refit to prepare her for this. Due to a change in circumstances these plans have now changed, allowing her next owner to benefit from these works. Her refit included thorough inspection and upgrading of the plumbing, wiring and electrical systems together with a new fridge, cooker, battery charger, hydraulic autopilot, electronics package, central heating system and cockpit enclosure. Much of her varnish was refinished, new upholstery fitted throughout and many, many other upgrades and improvements carried out. Most importantly, she was mechanically overhauled to a very high standard and should provide many years of reliable service.
