Accommodation

Typical Swan teak fit out to the highest standards.

Forward Cabin - Two single berths with infill to make a double. Alcantara upholstery. Eye level lockers, starboard side dresser and large hanging locker. Plenty of under berth storage.

Forward Heads - to port with grp interior module, Jabsco marine toilet, basin and shower with electric pump out.

Saloon - centreline double leaf folding table with battery stowage and removable fiddles. Settee to starboard with U shape dinette to port, all with leather upholstery. Pilot berth to port. Vast amount of stowage below and behind seat backs plus eye level lockers and shelving on the starboard side. Lee cloths to berths. Curtains. Teak and Holly sole boards.

L Shaped Galley to Port - Corian worktops. Stainless steel sinks. Large front opening fridge under sinks. Large top opening freezer in worktop (can be used as a fridge). Taylors Model 043 two burner stainless steel gas cooker with grill and oven. Plenty of stowage for food, utensils, crockery and cutlery, plus waste bin. Back up fresh water and sea water foot pumps.

Chart Table - Forward facing and to starboard opposite the galley. Outboard of the seat are the comprehensive electrical panels. Good stowage under seat, in multiple drawers and shelving.

Aft Heads - aft of the chart table with Jabsco marine toilet with holding tank, basin and shower with electric pump out.

Aft Cabin - large double berth with removable infill, stowage under, Alcantara upholstery, hanging locker and shelving.

There are multiple opening ports and deck hatches, all with curtains or blinds.

Eberspacher D5L diesel fired central heating system. Kenwood radio/CD player with two saloon and four cockpit speakers.

Hot and cold fresh water system throughout with 380 litres capacity in two stainless steel tanks. Water heated via engine or 240V immersion heater. Water, fuel and holding tank gauges at chart table. Extractor fans in heads and galley.

Mechanical Systems

Located under companionway/cockpit with excellent access. 1998 Volvo Penta MD22L marine diesel engine. 50hp. Saildrive to folding propeller. Fresh water cooled. 250 litres fuel capacity in stainless steel tank with water separator system with alarm. Separate engine start battery. Full engine control panel in cockpit. The engine was last serviced in June/July 2021. Hours unrecorded.

Batteries charging via engine alternators (x2) and 240V shore power charger (2021) via Phoenix charge control system. Engine start battery, SSB battery (with separate charger), 6 x 2V heavy duty batteries for domestics - all batteries new late 2021.

Spars & Sails

Masthead double spreader, keel stepped (with foot position adjuster), Nautor mast, silver anodised aluminium, 1998. Nautor slab reefing boom - reefs led back to cockpit. Rod rigging, Navtec new in 2013 with six substantial rollers over the bottlescrews. Navtec System 50 hydraulic backstay and boom vang system. Harken headsail furling system. Alloy jockey pole and white painted carbon fibre spinnaker pole, both with deck stowage. Inner forestay with halyard. Two Lewmar 56.2 self tailing genoa sheet winches. Four Lewmar 48 self tailing spinnaker sheet and coachroof control line winches. Towing genoa cars. Harken roller bearing mainsail luff sliders and headboard.

Construction

Built by Nautor in 1998. White/cream grp hull with style stripes. Hull epoxied from new. White/cream grp coachroof with glued teak laid decks, coachroof, cockpit and transom. Lead fin keel. Wheel steering to balanced rudder with self aligning bearings. Alloy toe rails and mooring cleats. Sugar scoop type transom. Self draining cockpit. Large cockpit locker to starboard. Self draining gas locker under helm seat.
