Remarks :The Nauticat 44 is a boat that inspires confidence the moment you step on her. Her quality build is clear form the first moment you feel her under sail. Built as a long distance motorsailer she provides a comfortable and safe platform to explore anywhere in the world and with her ketch rig she eats up the miles when on passage.
Her interior is very roomy ,warm and cosy due to the use of high quality joinery. Her interior teak wood and upholstery is all in great condition . Her upholstery is new from 2012.
She can easily be sailed short handed and her bow and stern thrusters ensures she can get into the tightest of marina berths without any problems. She is well kitted out in the electrical department with an autohelm, vhf, radar and plotter. and from a cruising point of view she has hot water and heating and a fully equipped galley.
This Nauticat 44 makes a perfect long range cruiser or live aboard as well as being a perfect family yacht for short or extended cruises .
She is currently based in Portimao Marina ,Portugal a short distance from Faro airport. She can be viewed at anytime.
Accommodation :The Nauticat 44 has superior accommodation . The main cabin has a large double berth accessible from both sides and the heads are en-suite. There is plenty of hanging locker space for extended living. The forward twin cabin has a infill making it into a good sized double. The saloon table converts into a double and the starboard saloon seat makes a sizable single berth.
The Galley has a oven with two burners and grill a refrigerator and twin sinks. The forward heads has an electric sea toilet and shower plus basin. The aft toilet has a vanity unit and basin. There is a separate shower compartment in the aft cabin.
