Remarks :
Camelot is a 1982 56' Nautical Development 56 Ketch designed by Steve Seaton and built in a shipyard in Florida. She is a modernly equipped 17 meters yacht with a classic silhouette designed for ocean navigation. In sailors opinion, she gives a lot of joy and pleasure and a high sense of security. Price has just been reduced and owner is able to discuss any offers. 
Onboard the yacht there is plenty of space to relax, including in particular a very comfortable and large cockpit. Two masts are equipped with rolling systems for all sails to facilitate the work of the crew. The maneuverability of the yacht is supported by the bow thruster and electric windlass.
Purchased by the current owner in 2010, all 7 layers have been sanded and painted in 2011. The boat has been antifouled in 2015 along with the engine service and board renovation. Last survey has been done in 2015. The boat has been treated for Osmosis. Owner says the boat is in good condition and ready to sail but a lot of things need attention. 

The hull is made of fiberglass. A few years ago the yacht got full inspection and reparation. All paint layers was made new.

As far as the owner has personally noticed - people are astonished about how spacious and comfortable Camelot is.
She disposes of 3 doubles cabins and 4 singles cabins + 2 in the saloon.
