General

A good example of a all steel Narrowboat, built by one of the UKs most renowned and respected boat builders R & D Fabrications. It has an unusual Slipper Flow Stern design which not only helps with stability and manoeuvrability but also maximises internal cabin space.

The layout features a fully equipped galley, a spacious saloon with free standing sofa beds, a bathroom with corner bath and the master cabin is located towards the bow with a fixed double berth.

Galley

Centre stern doors leads into an open planed and spacious cabin. The galley is located aft and offers plenty of worktop surfaces for food preparation and cooking with domestic sized appliances. Equipped with a free standing 4-burner gas hob, grill and oven, an oval sink with mixer tap and a 240V fridge with ice box. Ample of storage draws and cupboard space.

Saloon

The open plan lounge features two large sofa beds providing four extra berths when required. A solid fuel stove on a tiled hearth is located to port with a wall mounted 12V flat screen television alongside.

Head / Bathroom

The bathroom / heads is surprisingly spacious for a narrowboat utilising all of the space available. A hand basin is set in a vanity unit with individual hot and cold taps. A pump-out toilet and a large corner bath with an overhead shower is found alongside.

Master Cabin

The forward cabin has direct access onto the front well deck which has been fitted with a cratch board. An extendable double berth is positioned to port, with ample of storage compartments onboard providing excellent living quarters.

Heating / Hot Water System

A solid fuel stove on a tiled hearth is located in the saloon, providing ample heat on board; ideal for all year-round cruising. The calorifier is connected to the engine circuit providing heat for hot water when running.

Electrics

The 240V system on board simply plugs in to the shoreline providing power to the brass sockets throughout the boat. When cruising an inverter and solar panels ensures you are never without power.
