'Blossom' a Pat Buckle 43' Cruiser Stern Narrowboat.

Designed in a forward layout, this Narrowboat offers a master cabin with a convertible double berth and single bunk beds to port, a walkthrough bathroom, a galley, and a saloon with an L shaped dinette and solid fuel stove.

Powered by a 2016 Beta 30hp diesel engine. Cabin heating is provided by a solid fuel stove and three radiators via the engine calorifier. Hot water is supplied by the engine calorifier. 240V & 12V electrics on board.

Blacked in July 2020, Engine Service carried out in July 2020, Boat safety certificate valid until July 2024, July 2020 Hull Survey Report, exterior coach work repainted in 2014.

Convertible Masters Cabin

Centre stern doors lead into a bright and airy cabin featuring the convertible master’s cabin. Positioned to port are two single bunk beds and an additional single berth to starboard, or this area can be made into an across-width double berth.

Head / Bathroom

Moving forward, a walkthrough bathroom is located midships with a shower to starboard, a hand basin and porta potty is found to port.

Galley

A generous sized galley provides plenty of space for cooking with domestic sized appliances:

• 4 burner gas hob, grill and oven
• 12v fridge (new in 2018)
• Microwave oven
• Good-sized stainless-steel sink with a hot and cold mixer tap
• Plenty of storage drawers and cupboard space

Saloon

The forward cabin has direct access onto the front well deck. The saloon has been fitted with an L shaped dinette, which also converts to a double bed. To port is a corner storage unit with a TV/DVD player mounted on the wall, and opposite is a solid fuel stove on a tiled hearth.

Cabin Heating / Hot Water System

Cabin heating is provided by a solid fuel stove on a tiled hearth located in the saloon (new installation in 2018).  Three radiators are heated via the engine calorifier. The calorifier is connected to the engine circuit providing heat for hot water when running and for the lagged hot water tank.

Electrics

The 240V system on board simply plugs in to the shoreline providing power to the sockets throughout the boat. When cruising a Sterling inverter ensures you are never without power. A Sterling battery charger is also fitted.
