Presented in great condition through out, this Narrowboat is designed in a forward layout, this vessel offers a masters cabin with a convertible double berth aft, a head/toilet compartment with shower and pump-out toilet, a galley and a saloon with port and starboard seating converting into an additional double berth when required.
Powered by an reliable Barrus Shire 3 cylinder diesel engine. Central heating is provided by a solid fuel stove located in the saloon. Hot water is supplied by the engine calorifier. 240V & 12V electrics on board.
Blacked in March 2019, Engine serviced in October 2018.

The forward cabin has direct access onto the front well deck which has been fitted with a full cratch and cover.
The port and starboard bench seating converts into a double berth when required with storage beneath.
To the port front corner is a tv/storage unit and opposite is a solid fuel stove on a tiled hearth.
A generous sized galley provides plenty of space for cooking with domestic sized appliances.
The shower room/heads is surprisingly spacious for a narrowboat utilising all of the space available.
A ceramic hand basin is set in a vanity unit with individual hot and cold taps is positioned to Port with a pump-out toilet opposite, a separate shower is alongside the hand basin.
At the aft of the boat is the main sleeping cabin with convertible double bed with a reading light and shelving above.
Additional storage / small dressing table is set to starboard.
Central to the cabin is the doors to the cruiser stern deck.
'Astolat' is fitted with a Barrus Shire diesel engine.
