This Moody 49 for sale 2005 has 2 owners, the first one who bought her beginning of 2006 and the actual owner bought her in 2013. Zephyr is maintained beautifully with the latest and new equippments and no works to be done on her whatsoever. The current owner has  spent more than 400,000€ since the acquisition of this  superb ocean cruising yacht since 2013.  She is in MINT condition and equipped to an incredibly high standard.  She was designed to be handled easily by just two people. Accommodation :

The Moody 49 year 2005  has 2 double cabins and 1 single that is used by the actual owner for storage.  Possible 7 / 8 berth layout in 3 cabins plus  the passageway. Large L shaped settee to the port side with extending dining table which comfortably seats eight people. A fixed 2 seater sofa on the starboard side with large stowage drawer underneath, drinks locker unit containing bottle stowage. There is additional storage behind the seat backs. Large fore and aft facing windows plus deck head hatches and hull port-lights making for a light and airy saloon cabin.
Port forward cabin with two bunks and a hanging locker with opening overhead hatch used for storage by the actual owner.
Forward guest cabin with a central double bed. Storage in large drawer plus hanging lockers.
Seperate forward toilet and shower with a basin and more stowage lockers.
To Starboard aft of saloon is the large U shaped galley with worktop, 1½ bowl sinks with mixer tap. Stainless steel three burner gimballed cooker complete with oven, grill, sea rail and pan clamps. Large stainless steel custom built fridge plus top opening freezer.  There are top lockers with galley extraction fan over the cooker. Lower lockers with ample storage for provisions, crockery etc and drawers for cutlery & utensils.
Large navigators desk with chart stowage and drawer space below. Navigation displays plus electrical 12 volt DC/240 AC volt distribution panel. Wet hanging locker situated aft of the chart seat and further stowage beneath the chart seat.

Passage to aft cabin with additional hanging locker and stowage. Aft stateroom with large central double berth with deep drawer below and seats either side. Generous space in hanging lockers port and starboard. Owner’s ensuite toilet plus separate shower stall with mixer control and teak grating, wash hand basin unit in avonite counter top with locker below and fitted mirror above. The cabin is finished in teak veneer and white laminate and gives a clean and easily maintained finish.

Coming out of the aft double cabin, and before accessing the saloon, you have a hall with access on the starboard to the engine room and more storage on the port. The colour scheme is White with beautiful wood.
