Accommodation

Spread throughout 3 cabins are 7 berths. Up forward is a double V berth with storage underneath, hanging locker and deck opening hatch. Aft of the forecabin on the starboard side is the heads with a marine toilet (new 2016) and basin with pressurised hot and cold water. Opposite the heads to port is a large hanging locker. As you move into the saloon you have a U shaped settee to starboard which turns into a double berth. Double dropped leaf table in the centre and a single settee berth to port. Good storage beneath and behind both settees. In port quarter in the U shaped galley with a stainless steel sink and a gas 2 burner hob with oven and grill. Good storage as well around the galley. Opposite in the starboard quarter is a double berth. Taupe upholstery throughout. Saloon headlining and windows replaced in 2007.

150 litres of fresh water heated via engine.

Mechanical Systems

Situated under the companionway stairs is the Beta Marine 35hp 4 cylinder engine (2004). Fresh water cooled via a heat exchanger. Shaft driven to fixed 3 blade propellor. Rope cutter. 150 litre steel diesel tank. New gearbox, shaft and propellor in 2004.

Engine fully serviced spring 2019.

Electrical Systems

Two 12v domestic batteries (2015). One 12v engine start battery (2015). 240v ring mains. Charging via alternator.

Spars & Sails

Masthead bermudan sloop rig with alloy deck stepped mast and boom (Procter). Stainless steel standing rigging, checked 2018 and lower shrouds replaced. Manual backstay adjuster. Terylene running rigging. Two Lewmar 40 sheet winches (2 speed). Two Lewmar 16 Halyard winches. Two Lewmar 7 winches on the mast. Roller reefing mainsail. Furlex headsail furling system.

Construction

Built by Marine Projects, Plymouth. White GRP hull with painted non-slip deck and superstructure. Cast iron keel. Built to Lloyd's specifications. Stainless steel pulpit, push-pit and stanchions. Hull epoxied 2004.
