If you are looking for a well cared for, clean and up to date bilge keel Moody 31 Mk1, this one has to be on your list.

She has been owned by me for the past 13 years, well maintained and updated from the very start.

She looks great and smells right with the important items renewed and in good condition.

Work started in 2007 by removing the keels and having them re-embedded and work has been done on the boat from then each year.
