This 1987 Monterey 58 Convertible SIMPATICA is a real head turner! Since 2010 the list of upgrades is enormous. Updates in 2019 include new Garmin electronics, new carpet, and a new 19kw Northern Lights generator. She received a new Eskimo Ice chipper in 2018, in 2011 she was painted stem to stern and received new headliner. In 2010 she received teak cockpit & covering boards and a new cooktop, and the list keeps going. SIMPATICA is very well laid out and offers three staterooms with two heads, with the master midship featuring a walkaround queen berth.  

Upon entering the salon first thing you will notice is the interior volume and gorgeous high gloss cherry wood work. Starboard side is a large cabinet with corian counter top, plenty of storage and a pop up flat screen TV. Port side is the U-shaped plush leather sofa with large seating capacity and storage underneath in addition to an end table with corian top and storage. 

Forward of the sofa to port is a galley, which is much larger than most custom boats in her class, teak and holly sole, four under counter refrigerator/freezer drawers, corian counter tops, flat top stove, microwave, sink and faucet, and plenty of drawer and cabinet space.

Continuing forward down two steps to starboard you enter the companionway which offers two large rod storage lockers. Port side of the rod storage is the master stateroom with queen berth walk around beautiful high gloss cherry wood work, hanging locker, indirect lighting, night stands with storage and ensuite head with jacuzzi tub and shower, VacuFlush head, cabinet with storage and sink with faucet. There are two more staterooms forward, both with upper and lower berths, drawer and cabinet storage and a second head.
