This beautiful boathouse kept Monk design was professionally built in 1970 by Jensen Boatyard and completed by the current owner in 1990 to very high standards. Built of steamed oak, yellow cedar and marine plywood this rugged boat is powered by a rebuilt Detroit 6-71 with dry stack exhaust. Featuring a Balmar diesel DC generator, four burner propane range, and an Olympic diesel range that doubles as a wonderful heat source. Dometic refrigeration, Sharp microwave and large U-shaped galley.
