This Mitchell 31 MK II built in 1988 is presented in very good condition. It has had a considerable amount of money spent on it over the past few years including new deck and new engine. It has also been modified to allow level easy access on the starboard side. The Mitchell comes with a 185HP Ford Mermaid Mistral diesel engine (only 551 engine hours as at 20th October 2016), 4 berths, electric windlass, radar, fishfinder, electric marine toilet and lots more. She is a fine sea boat with a large cockpit and plenty of storage. The Mitchell is well known for its build and sea keeping qualities. Ideal for angling or weekending. Viewing highly recommended.

This Mitchell 31 MK II has a very roomy fully enclosed wheelhouse with sliding side windows, a folding helm seat to port, a single berth to starboard that can convert to a double berth with a 12V fridge beneath. There is a fold down table attached to the aft bulkhead with a storage space for charts when in the upright position To Port is the navigation station with an array of instrumentation and provides an excellent all-round view.
Going forward and down two steps brings you into the cabin with a galley to starboard with a stainless steel sink that has pressurised hot and cold water, Hot water heated via a calorifer tank and 240V immersion heater. The galley has a Plastimo Neptune two burner gas cooker with grill and oven and good storage lockers. To Port is the heads compartment with an electric marine toilet with single sink. This Mitchell has the benefit of diesel cabin heating throughout.
Forward of the heads and galley are two single berths that can convert to a double and escape hatch. There is plenty of storage space throughout.
This Mitchell 31 MK II has a Ford Mermaid Mistral 185HP Turbo diesel engine located under the aft cockpit sole that was fitted in 2008. Freshwater cooled. It was last serviced in 2015 and has 550 engine hours as at the 20th October 2016. 500 Litre fuel tank. It has a shaft drive to a 3 blade bronze prop. Trim tabs. It has a 4Hp Vetus Bowthruster.
4 x 12 volt batteries (1 x engine + 2 x domestic 1 x bowthruster batteries) charging from alternator and via 240v shore power system with ring main, immersion heater and battery charger. 500 Watt Inverter.
