1979 Mirage 2700 Bilge Keel
The Mirage 2700 is a spacious family cruiser with twin keels ideal for exploring creeks and estuaries. 'Illusion' was built in 1979 and commissioned in 1984 only one owner, is competitively priced and only being sold as her owner is looking to retire from sailing. A 2022 survey has been completed with very few minor issues. 

Accommodation :
The Mirage 2700 offers 5 berths in 2 cabins with approx. 6' max. headroom.

The Forepeak with double V berth, hatch to foredeck and stowage areas. Heads compartment to starboard with marine toilet and sliding wash basin. Hanging locker to port over trotter box.

The Saloon with two settee berths either side of a folding central table. Galley aft to port equipped with a stainless steel 2-burner gas cooker with grill and oven, stainless steel galley sink, cool box and good storage space. Fold down chart table aft to starboard over quarter berth. Manually pumped cold water supply. Blue check upholstery.
