DESCRIPTION

This 53' Mason is a dream boat.... Traditional lines, sound structure and amazing space. Not only is she beautiful under sail, she also has a beautiful interior. 2015 – 2018 she has had extensive upgrades,new Jabsco quite flush fresh water toilets, all new canvass - sail bags, bimini, dodgers, replaced exterior cushions, replaced main sheet jib sheets, main halyard and extra forward halyard) and currently her bottom is being serviced.

Perkins Engine rebuild in 2007. She is on the hard, but ready to get back into the water and show her strength. 1982 53' Mason - Accommodations

Starting forward, the chain locker is in the forward part of the Guest V-berth cabin follows with hanging and storage lockers. Moving aft is the Head, which is the full width of the boat and has access from all 3 guest cabins. There is a marine toilet, (new Jabsco quiet flush fresh water 2018) vanity with sink, mirror and locker storage.

There are two additional Guest Cabins to port and starboard with over/under berths, hanging locker and drawer storage. Both have deck prism lighting as well as electrical lighting. There is also storage below the cabin sole. There is companionway access to these cabins from the deck as well.

The Main Salon has dinette to port with bench seating and settee to starboard. There is ample locker and shelf storage.

The Navigation Station is at the base of the second companionway steps to starboard.

The galley is to port in the passageway leading to the aft Master Cabin. This cabin has a double berth to port and a single berth to starboard. There is a hanging locker and ample storage lockers. To port is an ensuite head with shower, (replaced grey water pump with Whale pump 2015), marine toilet, (new Jabsco quiet flush fresh water 2018) vanity with sink, mirror and locker storage.

1982 53' Mason - Galley

The large U-Shaped galley is located to port between the Main Salon in the walk-through to the aft cabin. There is a deep, double stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water system, Fresh and Salt water foot pumps and Seagull filtered water. There is lots of dish, drawer and cabinet storage. The propane storage is in the Helm seat locker with 2 large 20 lb. tanks with a 12v solenoid, regulator and gauge.
