This Marinette 41 Flybridge is the coveted convertible model that boasts a large cockpit and flybridge area, affording plenty of room to enjoy the good weather or shelter with the built-in covers. The cabin salon is large, as well as the galley area and berth. There is a V-berth, an aft cabin, and a convertible dinette for 3 separate sleeping areas. Steps leading from the salon to the aft deck are built by the owner of solid Teak. Most floors front cabin, partial salon and aft cabin are of plank teak, parquet in the galley. The salon sole is removable so entire access to the engine and water systems are accessible. About 50% of the salon is carpeted. This area is over the engines. With the hatch covers, 100% of the motors can be exposed. Under the salon floor there is about 1.5 inches of aluminum covered foam for sound insulation. Over the hatch covers is additional soundproofing under the carpet area, nice and quiet interior while underway. Aft cabin is complete with head, shower and sink. Ceiling height is about 6'8". Teak stairs to the salon were custom made over an aluminum frame. The body is fast and efficient because she's fashioned out of lightweight, marine grade aluminum. The material also makes her more durable. Marinette owners rejoice in the low maintenance body. All of the equipment like electronics, refrigerator, Two Vacu Flush toilets with their own holding tank (11 and 18 gallons), paint, floors, upholstery including Bimini top, counter tops and anything that not original was installed new on the boat which was completed in the 2008 time frame. The boat has been stored inside a heated facility. A custom built boat cradle is included with the purchase at no additional cost. This is a $3000.00 item made to match the contours of the boat. The winter storage can be continued once the contract for storage is transferred to the new owner.
