he Macwester Rowan Crown offers 4/5 berths in two cabins, Vee berth to forward cabin, with chemical toilet and small sink. Two single berths to port and starboard, galley located amidships to port, equipped with gas cooker grill and oven, icebox. Upholstery finished in mid blue jacquard cloth, carpets and curtains throughout, 5’9” headroom, full cabin heating provided by an Eberspacher diesel unit which is currently not working (needs a service)

History:
The MacWester Rowan Crown is of GRP construction, white hull with white superstructure laid with non-slip Treadmaster. Full keel with keel hung rudder and tiller steering. Epoxied in 1997 and 2005. “Topaz” spent 17 years in the making/building stage by a professional builder and  completed and launched in 1998.

Brokers Comments:

A pleasure to aboard, a well-kept and well equipped little yacht. Owned by the current owner for the last three years and retiring from sailing. A well-priced yacht has to be viewed to be appreciated.

The Macwester Rowan Crown is powered by Kubota Dhp 3 cylinder diesel engine, indirect cooling (last serviced 2021) located beneath the cockpit sole. Giving an approximate cruising speed of 5.5knots and approximate maximum speed of 8 knots. Last out of water maintenance 2021.

2 x 12 volt 80Ah & 100Ah both charging from the engine alternator, and 240 volt battery charger, shore power connection 240 volt ring main installed.
