Accommodation

Mechanical Systems

Located on the starboard transom bracket. Year 2012, Tohatsu Sailpro, 6hp, long shaft outboard motor. Remote 25l fuel tank. Approx 4.5 knots cruising speed, max speed is some 6 knots. The engine has done roughly some 300 hours. Last serviced in 2020.

Two 12V batteries (70ah each, 2016) charging via outboard motor and 20W solar panel. There is a mains battery charger as well.

Spars & Sails

Fractional Bermudan sloop rig. Year 2010 silver anodised mast and boom by Z Spars. Stainless steel standing rigging, 2010. Alloy spinnaker pole. Backstay adjuster. Two Harken 6 sheet winches. Two secondary winches. Slab reefing to mainsail. Headsail furling system (new bearings in 2019).

Construction

Believe built in either 1981 or 1982. Andrew Stewart design. Yellow painted grp hull and coachroof with grey painted non slip decks. Cast iron lifting keel. Simple hand winch keel system. Tiller steering to lifting transom hung rudder. Self draining cockpit. 2'3 draft with keel up and 4'10 with keel down.

Trailer

  • Twin axle, galvanised, road trailer. Braked with spare wheel and winch.
