DESCRIPTION

Excellent Charter Revenue

This unique yacht has one of the most successful charter followings in Miami. For the past 5 years, revenue has been more than $300,000 with many repeat charter clients for both day charters and term charters. This charter revenue has covered the annual operating expenses and is now a great opportunity for its new owner. The Miami charter program on Living The Dream can remain turn-key for the new owner.

Motoryacht LIVING THE DREAM is an 84ft /25.60m luxury yacht for sale, built and launched by yacht builder Lazzara. Delivered to a knowledgeable yacht owner in 2008, this luxury yacht sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms and has accommodations for 3 crew in 2 cabins.

Overview

The 2008 84’ Lazzara flybridge motor yacht Living the Dream can accommodate 10 guests in 5 staterooms while additionally allowing for ample crew accommodations aft. Living the Dream has a very generous interior volume providing the feel of a much larger yacht. The many custom options selected during the build process make for the complete yachting package. The full walk-around teak decks offer easy access fore and aft to guests and crew alike.

The well-appointed flybridge is complete with a full helm station, generous entertaining space with great views, several seating options, and a full wet bar with bar stools. Opposite the bar is a large hot tub with sun pad top when not in use. As you board Living the Dream, on the aft deck you will be greeted with seating for 8 around a beautiful high gloss teak table. Moving forward, full glass panel sliding doors lead into the luxurious salon. Oversized windows throughout the salon provide an inviting array of natural light.

Living the Dream has Lazzara’s signature country kitchen with a large settee forward, a great spot to enjoy the views while enjoying meals in the spacious galley. Forward of the galley, a staircase leads to two of the guest accommodations, two staterooms both with ensuite private heads. Midship on the starboard side, a stairwell leads down to the full-beam owner’s suite as well as the two VIP suites. The full-beam owner's suite has a spacious head with a beautiful stone shower. Large panoramic hull windows invite natural light into the owner’s suite making for breathtaking views while underway. Both midship VIP guest suites are complete with ensuite private heads and full-size berths. The crew quarters made up of two separate staterooms and a common head are accessed aft from the transom.

The engine room boasts two CAT C32 engines and a pair of Onan 27.5 KW generators all while maintaining good walk-around access to all components in the engine room.
