DESCRIPTION

Ancasta+Navigare Yachting offer three investment programs tailored to suit the needs of their investors. Not only does each investor have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful sailing holidays, but the chance to make a return from yacht ownership.Option 1. COMPLETE FINANCE. You loan Navigare the full purchase price €371,272 of the new boat and receive a fixed revenue of €29,569 every year. The advertised price is this option - full purchase price less 7 years of fixed revenue.Option 2. SMART FINANCE. You loan Navigare 51% which is €189,348, the income from the investment will pay off the remaining loan. Option 3. SMART-LOW FINANCE. Alternatively you could pay a lower first payment of €155,934 (42%) with a balloon payment after 7 years of €55,691 (15%). This option ties up less capital, but there is no annual return to the investor, the revenue is used to pay off the remaining cost of the boat. For all options, there are no additional costs over the 7 year duration in fleet. You will get a number of charter rental options in high, medium or low seasons on your own, or any other boat in the fleet of the same value. These holidays are to the value of €18,564 p.a. over the 7 year period in the fleet. Alternatively, swap your charter allowance points for vacations such as ski chalet holidays or resort destinations - your's to choose! At the end of the agreement term, the boat is yours to sail away, sell off, or even trade up, whichever programme you choose. Contact the Lymington team for full details on +or email lymington@ancasta.com Rig Sloop The sail area has been significantly increased in comparison with her predecessor, the 39, which in conjunction with some significant weight savings results in a much improved sailing performance in the lighter airs. Situating the mast at the centre of gravity of the boat reduces the pitching effect while creating enough space for a self-tacking genoa, so upwind sailing could not be easier. The increased mast height of the 40 creates an impressive sail area to displacement ratio of 4.17, similar to the Lagoon 42. Despite this the boom remains manageably short, which means it's easy to reef and to control in a gybe. The Navigare spec includes the upgraded fully battened Dacron square top main sail and furling genoa. STANDARD EQUIPMENT Rigging with furling genoa Fully Battened Mainsail Tensioners and lines led to helmstation Cleats x 8 Winches: 3+1 Winch Handles x 2 Broker comments Ancasta+Navigare Yachting offer three investment programs tailored to suit the needs of their investors.
