Yachtarchitect Koopmans is one of the most famous and experienced yacht architects in the Netherlands and certainly does not need an introduction to experienced sailors. The Koopmans 48 centerboard is a yacht of high quality and built as a real offshore yacht for the demanding sailor. It is an ideal comfortable blue water cuiser thanks to the retrievable centerboard and the wind vane steering. The boat has amply proven itself on many long sea voyages.

 

The interior is certainly as beautiful as the exterior. Amidships is the salon and here you will find numerous examples of great craftsmanship. On the starboard side is the practical galley. On the starboard side is the chart table and the spacious head with shower and toilet. In the forepeak is a cabin with a double bed. In the stern is the owner's cabin with also a large double bed.
