ACCOMMODATION

Some of the interior customisation includes two professionally made extra saloon cabinets for chart and book storage, extra handrails, extra reading lights, electrical panels extended and upgraded, stainless steel ventilation grills fitted to all locker spaces, reinforced companionway, crystal glass holder near drinks locker, customised tool locker and customised wine locker. MECHANICAL SYSTEMS

Yanmar 110hp, four cylinder turbo charged diesel engine located under companionway steps in sound proofed compartment. 2010 engine. Fresh water cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive via P-bracket to Gori three bladed folding propeller. Standard 3 blade fixed prop as a backup. Rope cutter to shaft. 80 amp alternator. Single lever Morse controls at both helm stations. Standard 230 litre diesel tank plus second stainless steel 260 litre diesel tank on centreline with transfer pump to main tank. Racor 500 fuel filter in engine compartment with cockpit water alarm. Jeanneau 53 Yacht built by Jeanneau in 2010. White grp hull with white stripes. Coppercoat epoxy/antifoul system to hull. White GRP injection moulded deck. Teak laid side decks, cockpit floor and cockpit seats. Teak toe rail. Cast iron standard fin keel. Twin wheels (with new leather) to spade rudder. Life raft stowage under cockpit floor. 8 custom solid stainless steel and higher mooring cleats. Fairleads. Extended and reinforced custom stem head fitting for extra anchor clearance and cruising chute tack point. Higher and more solid 1.25 inch side rails, including bow and stern rails, side gates with ladders. Wooden rub rails.
