Remarks :
The most perfect union of traditional and modern styles, the interior of Sun Magic 44 is the realization of the ideal match between luxury materials (teak, velvety cloth) and contemporary figment design (rounded bulkhead angles, slatted shutter-style locker doors). Registered in the list 7a of the Spanish Registry. The yacht just passed the Spanish ITB inspection in May 2022 and has all the safety equipment new, the hull has been checked and all seacocks are good, also antifouling has been done. This yacht can carry a maximum of 12 persons. The owner is selling the boat due to his age, he cannot manage to sail the vessel on his own anymore. He is interested in acquiring in part exchange a motorboat, open cruise type.

Las ultimas actuaciones realizadas en el barco, además del mantenimiento habitual, han sido, cambio de filtros y aceite del motor, reparación del mando de avante (inversor) turbo del motor, casi la totalidad de la cabuyería de maniobra, vela mayor (nueva), revisión de jarcia, colchonetas de cubierta nuevas. El barco acaba de pasar la ITB en mayo 2022, todo el equipo de seguridad está nuevo. 

Con relación a inventario de instrumentación, Son casi todos Raymarine y GPS Garmin.

Comentario del vendedor: ¨Con relación a la tapicería,  Para la edad del barco, considero que están correctas. Hay un punto que es la esquina de frente a la cocina ( zona de mayor paso, que esta un poco rozada.) En cualquiera de los casos, se trata de una embarcación usada y el precio adecuado a su estado actual.¨
