Construction

Hull is built of solid triaxial laminate,
Providing the highest level of impact and puncture resistance and over twice the tensile strength of conventional woven roving laminates.
Deck is cored with PolyCore, an extremely tough inorganic matrix of glass microspheres and resin that is impervious to rot and delamination.
All Island Packet 45 structural laminates and internal reinforcements are designed to meet or exceed ABS standards.
