The layout of this boat has two distinct living spaces: aft you have three cabins each with it's own private head - two pullman style doubles and one luxury owner's/captain's quarters with island-style bed, sofa, desk space and head with separate shower , the forward section with direct access to the galley, is set up for crew with twin bunks in the corridor and a double bed in the peak that can be separated into two twins or one double.These two areas are separated by a spacious living area including a wet bar and table for ten.

"There are of course many things need to be fixed as in all old boats. Hence the reduction in price to leave room for updates and repairs in budget. She is a very large ship and very comfortable to sail and live on. I have lived for ten years in the boat and it has been a great ten years. Two Atlantic crossings in style and great comfort and the last five seasons cruising in the Caribbean. The boat was hauled last year (2018) and new primer and bottom paint applied. two new battery chargers Victron installed last year. New cockpit cusiuns and fully enclosed bimini and sail covers 2015. New generator 2016. New refrig and 75 lit. water heater 2015 ( both Isotherme) Water circulation heating system built 2009. Runs troughout the entire boat. (good in swedish wintertime!) Entire boat was refurbished in 2007. All teak panels stripped and re-varnished with Sikkens, new mattresses and upholstery."
