Below decks is bright, comfortable and offers a very good level of accommodation. She can sleep 7 adults over 2 cabins and the saloon. Headroom is great throughout the boat thanks to the raised coachroof. The settees in the saloon are well upholstered and are wide with great back support. Light teak finish, teak & holly flooring, varnished saloon table and quality fabrics give the interior a classy feel.

The saloon is entered via the companionway with its 4-section smoked perspex wash board system. Two steps down and you are in the saloon with L-shaped galley to port. In the saloon there is a U-shaped seating area to port with an offset dining table and settee opposite. The settee can be used as an occasional single and also doubles as the chart table seat. In the bow is the spacious forward cabin with double V-berth. This is entered via a space saving split door which doesn't impact on the internal space. There is additional storage beneath the berth. Again there is 12V lighting and a large deck hatch for natural light and ventilation. GRP constructed yacht with hi-gloss white topsides. Shoal draft fin keel with counter hung balanced rudder and wheel steering. Under water areas were antifouled and hull topsides were polished in early June 2021.Hull was epoxied as a preventative measure by Coates Yard in Whitby circa 2006

White GRP superstructure with moulded non slip side decks and coachroof. Large capacity anchor locker forward. Stainless steel stemhead fitting with built in roller allows anchor to be permanently stowed ready for use.Stainless steel bow and stern rails connected bt stanchions and a double set of guardwires. Handily placed stainless steel hand rails increase security when moving forward. Built into the aft pushpit rails are two seats port and starboard. These are very comfy and offer great vision when sailing.

Large self bailing cockpit with binnacle mounted wheel steering. Central table with fold down leaves.Cockpit accessed from the bathing platform with built in ladder. Two lockers either side of bathing platform. One is dedicated for storage and the other is a vented and drained gas locker with two bottle capacity. Helm seat pulls backwards and becomes part of the bathing platform making boarding from the pontoon or dinghy very safe and easy. Cockpit has an arch which incorporates the mainsheet system. Attached to this is a full cockpit enclosure installed new in 2019. The rear section can be removed completely if required. The front section is an extension of the sprayhood giving additional cover. The side panels zip up for additional ventilation. There are three additional storage lockers in the cockpit. one either side of the helm seat and another to starboard. Cockpit shower.

Vessel is powered by an extremely efficient and economical inboard Yanmar 3GM30F diesel. This 27hp unit is situated beneath the companionway steps and can be accessed easily from the sides and rear for daily checks and servicing. Engine was fully serviced in 2020 but due to restrictions did little that year.. Oil change completed for 2021. Single lever engine control mounted on binnacle. Engine start panel with visual and audible warnings for temperature, oli pressure and charging. 

Bank of 2x12V, 100amph batteries providing engine start and domestic power. Batteries are fitted with isolators and are recharged via the engine alternator or by the onboard battery charger. 12/240V switch panel at chart table . Bermudan sloop rigged yacht with B&R 9/10th fractional rig. The swept back spreaders and reverse diagonals eliminate the need for a backstay which makes movement around the boat simpler. This does not compromise on performance and she has a good turn of speed. Sailing her is very simple and the added bonus of in mast furling, further simplifies things when sailing short handed or with an inexperienced crew. 

Rigid boom vang and mainsheet track on cockpit arch keeps the boom away from head height and gives good control to helmsman. All lines are led aft via a series of turning blocks and deck organisers to cockpit. Genoa tracks are mounted on the coachroof making the side decks free from obstruction. Stainless steel standing rigging and terylene running rigging.

Sails include an in mast furling main and a roller furling genoa. Although sails are original they are in a good condition. Lewmar 2-speed, self tailing winches mounted either side of companionway.
