The Hunter 29.5 is built to plans approved by the ABS, meaning that while 'Enigma' may never sail the Southern Ocean, you can rest assured that the boat was designed for those strict standards. By sweeping the shrouds and spreaders aft on the Hunter 29.5 the designers were able to support the mast in all conditions without the need for a conventional backstay.
