OWNER NOTES: I purchased this houseboat from the manufacturer located on Lake Cumberland in Kentucky. I had the opportunity to tour the factory and picked out options (like the hot-tub). The houseboat was shipped by truck; the second deck was assembled onsite at the lake (railings, winch, hot-tub, bar, flying bridge, cover, slide). The reverse will be true for moving the boat. The second deck attachments will be removed, which will be the perfect time to service the surface (repaint, repair as needed).
