The Heritage East Sundeck accommodations are ample for living aboard as well as cruising for weeks or months at a time. You will appreciate the variety of social spaces for relaxing and entertaining aboard this lovely sundeck. When cruising with another couple or with children, everyone has his/her own "space" for relaxing or working. Spacious seating on the bridge makes it easy to entertain friends and family. The sun deck with a wet bar offers another great entertainment space.
The salon is decorated in a classic style with lots of wood accents and teak herringbone sole. With no built-in settees, this space allows for flexible seating arrangements. There is abundant, easily accessible storage throughout. Decorative touches, such as the lattice cabinets above the wine rack, add to the overall traditional feel of the salon. The bar above the dinette provides a good angle to view the flat screen TV. Teak ceiling grabrails provide safety while moving about when underway in adverse conditions.
The dinette is down and conveniently located across from the galley. The table seats four comfortably and can be lowered to make a double berth.
The guest suite is forward of the galley and dinette areas. This private space provides guests with a desk/make-up vanity counter and ample storage in cabinets and a hanging locker. Two can sleep comfortably on twin berths stacked on the port side. The guest head has a vanity and sink, mirrored bulkhead, wand shower and marine electric toilet.
The master suite is also decorated in a traditional wood style. It offers a walk-around, centerline, queen berth. There are dresser cabinets along each side of the cabin, all topped with countertops and mirrors. Additionally, you'll appreciate the bedside cabinets on each side of the berth. Two large hanging lockers are located portside at the forward bulkhead. This space was fitted for a washer/ dryer by the previous owner, but was since removed. Many ports and an overhead hatch provide excellent natural lighting. A large master head offers a walk-in shower with glass doors and wand faucet, as well as a long vanity and sink. There is plenty of storage in below-counter cabinets and a medicine cabinet. Additionally, there are two large mirrors mounted above the vanity and behind the electric marine head.
All of the interior space is well ventilated through opening ports, overhead hatches and doors from the sun deck and the side decks. The interior is fully air conditioned and heated by two reverse cycle air/heat units.
The galley has a very functional, U-shaped layout. It offers ample counter space that can be expanded by utilizing the stove top cover. Cooking options include using the three burner electric stovetop, the dual microwave/convection oven and the toaster oven. The full length refrigerator/freezer stores plenty of food and drinks. The wet bar icemaker on the sun deck provides additional ice, if needed.
There is abundant storage for nonperishable foods, cookware, dishes, eating utensils, glasses and cleaning supplies in multiple cabinets and drawers. It is easy to serve guests at the dinette across from galley or to hand food up to the bar, salon or sundeck.
The dinette across from galley offers additional storage in lattice decorated cabinetry and shelves. It will seats four on cushioned benches around table. As a bonus, the dinette can covert to a double berth by lowering the table.
