77' Hatteras 2008 Enclosed Bridge Convertible
MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION
As you walk up to "Dos Rosas", you begin to realize that everything from the name to the boat itself, is evident of the owner’s personal attachment to this beautiful 77-ft 2008 Hatteras Enclosed Bridge Sportfish for the past 12 years. Immediately noticeable is the freshly painted "fighting lady" hull sides of both the tender (aft Egret flats boat) and the ‘mother ship’ that carries her, as well as the cloud-white topsides painted with Awl-craft 2000 (done in 2018), attracting everyone that sees her. Then you will notice the meticulously refurbished teak cockpit with custom 5/8-inch deck boards planking and new teak covering boards (done in 2016). The real showpiece of "deck jewelry" is the custom Release fighting chair with a 3" offset base made to fit perfectly for ample room to fish or change out the fighting chair for a cocktail table (not included) and have one of the most elegant aft decks of any motor yacht. And check out the full teak transom with Kelly Davis custom graphics!
The mezzanine seating on both sides of the salon entry features a removable table so guests can enjoy cocktails and watch the action in the cockpit from shaded comfort. A full PipeWelders tower with 4 hydraulic Super Rigger® spreaders that move in and out as well as up and down was installed in 2011.
Powered by reliable 2-MTU 16V2000 engines, “Dos Rosas” cruises comfortably at 25 knots at 1800 RPM with a burn rate of 130 GPH and a 445-mile range. The yacht also has a hydraulic American Bow thruster for ease of docking or maneuvering around on a fish. Not bad for a 77-ft vessel with custom 5 state room/10 bed layout designed for luxurious comfort and fishability. She has a 22-foot beam with a 2- degree deadrise and prop pockets that make this hull steady as a rock and able to get up on plane with ease. Two Onan 27.5 KW generators ensure sufficient power and backup power is available, whether cruising or at anchor.
The hull is built on a solid fiberglass running surface with bi and triaxial cloth, isophthalic resins and a vinylester resin skin coat to prevent osmotic water intrusion into the laminate. Hatteras sandwiches Divinycell core into the decks, bulkheads, and freeboard. Then to top it off, the hull is completely painted inside and out (including the engine compartment) with polyurethane paint. The Hatteras signature 8-bladed propellers provide a very smooth ride.
This truly is a one-of-a-kind Sport Fishing/Cruising Yacht with a proven track record of many wonderful days on the water. The present owner is reluctantly giving up “Dos Rosas” to move up to the next phase of his yachting life with his family. The same Captain has been at the helm for the past 11 years.
This 77 ft Hatteras Enclosed Bridge Sportfish truly is a spectacular fishing yacht, with the living space of a cockpit motor yacht, and is offered in Bristol condition.
Call for a personal appointment to see why we rave about “Dos Rosas” for yourself.
Do not miss the opportunity to see this special Hatteras.

The 77 ft. Hatteras convertible yacht has a luxurious and fully functional layout. Upon boarding the cockpit area, you will step on newly refurbished Teak floors and combing boards. Large fish boxes with ice chippers are built into the deck floor. Built into the transom is a live well with glass front to see your baitfish. Port and starboard side mezzanine seating, each with removable cocktail table, is two steps above the cockpit fishing area.
Entry to a full stand-up engine room is also from the cockpit, providing access to the MTU engines, generator power plants, pumps, equipment areas and tool storage. Engine room must be seen to be appreciated; it is an impressive array of systems that support extended stays away from the dock and the power to get out on the fish quickly and back safely!
On port and starboard sides, there is full walkaround access to the bow area where a Nautical Structure davit is located to lift the Egret 16 ft composite flats skiff for a skinny-water bone fishing or island exploring adventure. An aluminum bow railing runs along the entire bow for safety. Bow features an anchor pulpit, an Ideal windlass with foot controls for lowering and raising the anchor, and anchor system with rope/chain locker.
From the cockpit and mezzanine, the centerline entry to the salon is four steps up through an automatic door. A convenient day head is on port side as you enter. To starboard is a large L-Shaped sofa with seating for 6. Opposite is a large fold-down flat screen color TV and the spiral staircase leading to the enclosed bridge deck area. Large windows offer plenty of natural light and panoramic water views. Forward and starboard is a barrel back seat and coffee table to complete the salon’s comfortable and relaxing layout.
Continue forward to the up galley with “breakfast” counter seating and dining table with U-settee seating to starboard. Guests can all sit for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in one area for convenient meal service and conversation, like a home’s country kitchen. The galley features a stainless-steel sink and a KitchenAid glass top 6-burner stove with a convection microwave oven on the aft bulkhead wall. Dishwasher and trash compactor are under counter. There is plenty of cabinet storage over and under the counters. Facing aft is the raised "breakfast" counter with bar stool seating for 3, additional under counter Sub-Zero refrigerator units, and more storage. There is a total of 6 under counter Sub-Zero refrigerators in the galley and 2 Sub-Zero freezers in the utility area for a total of 8 units. The entire salon and galley deck has Teak and Holly flooring, along with the day head.
This boat has so much storage, it is recommended that a ship-management system (not included) to track a running inventory and location of everything should be utilized.
Moving down the stairwell and aft is the full-beam master stateroom with an aft centerline king-sized bed with upholstered headboard. On the forward bulkhead are 2 large closets to port and starboard and a flat screen TV. On both outboard sides, are built-in drawers for plenty of storage in the Master. Enter from either side of the king-size bed into the large his and her head with separate Headhunter freshwater toilets. A spacious customized glass enclosed center shower area with a hand-held shower head and seat can be entered from either side. Beautiful marble and stone inlay patterns match the counter tops and stone inlay floors for complete 5-star luxury. Each side has its own sink, under counter storage, vanity, and the starboard vanity (hers) has a seat and ample counter space to prep for an evening out or in!
Moving forward up the companionway are 2 guest staterooms, one port and one starboard on the outboard sides.
The port stateroom has an upper and lower berth with hanging lockers and under bunk storage. The large ensuite head with sink, vanity with granite counter tops and mirrored cabinet door, features a Headhunter freshwater head and shower.
To starboard is a VIP stateroom with island queen centerline berth and ample storage drawers. The large ensuite head with sink, vanity with granite counter and mirrored cabinet door, features a Headhunter freshwater head and shower with a seat.
Further forward are 2 more forward cabins split port and starboard with upper and lower bunks in each. These cabins share a forward Headhunter freshwater head located in the forepeak. The vanity with built-in sink, and mirrored cabinet is to starboard; a shower with glass door and seat is centered in the forepeak. Teak and holly flooring. This is a perfect set-up for 4 guys fishing or kids.
All staterooms are with ensuite heads and showers. With 5 staterooms and berths to accommodate 10, this convertible sportfish yacht is perfect for a large family or a guys’ fishing trip with plenty of separate bed sleeping accommodations.
The upper bridge deck is accessed from inside the salon via the port side spiral staircase. The enclosed bridge deck is air-conditioned/heated for year-round comfort. The large flybridge features a centerline custom helm seat that rotates 360 degrees flanked by bench seating for 4 on either side, a large L-Shaped settee (which offers great rod storage underneath) and granite top table on the starboard side, and corner seating for 5 covered with a beautiful durable plush fabric. On the port side, where the interior staircase enters, is a fold down flat screen TV and a counter. The large 4-side enclosing windows provide 360-degree panoramic views, and a roof top hatch can be opened for fresh air breezes. The flybridge is also accessed from the cockpit via outside ladder. There is also an aft outdoor tower helm station for when the Captain needs to see the baits on the sailfish days.
The enclosed bridge has many advantages. Everyone can enjoy the bridge with the captain when underway or do a dockside private retreat in climate-controlled comfort. With an enclosed bridge there is less clean-up for the crew at days end, compared with an open bridge that is like washing another boat from the salt intrusion of back draft. Another advantage is that it keeps your electronics completely protected from the elements.
Owners personal clothing, fishing gear, diving gear masks fins, tools and personal navigation items (binoculars and personal EPIRB).
