DESCRIPTION

Originally built by Hatteras as a 65’ Motor Yacht, it was stretched in 2000 . She was stretched to add an 11’ long aft deck plus a Hatteras-style sport deck with a built-in swim platform and a Euro-style transom with steps from the platform to the aft deck. There is a large watertight door leading from the swim platform into a large stand-up lazarette. Integrated into the lazarette were additional fuel storage of 600 gallons and 250 gallons of fresh water. This area is finished into a very usable utility room. There is abundant storage in this lazarette. The aft deck was finished with a large fiberglass Corian top cabinet that contains a wet bar, Scottsman refrigerator, and comfortable built-in seating around a large teak topped table. The present owners have done extensive upgrades over the years and have recently remodeled much of the yacht with custom Bamboo flooring and cabinetry, exterior Flexi-Teak deck coverings, and a totally updated galley just to mention a few of the upgrades. The boat is easy to see at The Harborage Marina in Stuart, Fla. Please call the listing broker with any questions or to set up a showing.
