Victorious is a stunning Halmatic Weymouth 34. Built in 1981, she has recently undergone a thorough refit. Her current owner is fastidious and has substantially upgraded her during his ownership. Her professionally re-built Ford Sabre 180s give 20 knots but she cruises comfortably at 15. At 8 she is also a delight. Beautiful teak joinery, leather helm and nav seats, sprung mattresses, quality carpets and curtains. Polished, varnished, serviced and antifouled. Prop Guard on sterngear. Impeccable throughout and ready to go. A better Weymouth 34 you will not find!

The Halmatic 34 is based on a semi-displacement hull, very similar to a Nelson, designed by ex Nelson man John Askham. It is a round bilged hull form with a three-quarter length keel. They are superb medium speed sea-boats with excellent directional stability. Close quarters manoeuvering is a joy. Halmatic, with their commercial boat heritage, were renowned for over-building their motoryacht hulls. The Weymouth 34s were fitted out by James & Caddy of Weymouth.

The hulls, decks and superstructures were moulded by Halmatic in polyester resin, CSM and WR mats. The hull structure consists of substantial longitudinal and transverse frames. Fuel tanks are integral GRP. 4 structural bulkheads are fully bonded-in. They were build to Lloyds Register approved drawings, with Lloyds approved materials and were surveyed during build. A Lloyds Hull Construction Certificate was issued with each Part-Assembly on completion.
