Miss Pearl is a stoutly built offshore performance cruiser and is the rare, much preferred, center cockpit version of the Grand Soleil 41. The current owner has put tens of thousands of dollars into her refit. With her recent standing rigging, Awlgrip paint job and repower, she represents an excellent value in a quality cruising boat.

Miss Pearl has air-conditioning throughout, but condition is unknown since the AC has not been used in quite some time. The large salon has a U-shaped settee to port and a straight settee to starboard. Both have storage behind and under and both have new cushions. The U-shaped settee can be converted to a double berth. A drop-leaf table is in the center.
The forward suite features a large V-berth with drawers under and plenty of room for changing clothes. There is a large overhead hatch for ventilation. Under the V-berth is excellent access to the bow thruster.
A full head with vanity and manual commode is just aft and to port of the forward suite.
To starboard of the companionway is the nav station with a large forward facing nav desk. There are drawer under the nav desk.
The galley is to port and is well-laid-out with ample storage. There is currently no stove but there is a dedicated spot place for a gimbaled stove/oven, including a Formica with teak trim cover.
Just aft of the galley is a large storage locker, which also houses the dual Racor fuel filters/water separators.
Aft of the nav station is a passageway leading to the master suite aft. The passageway houses a workshop/storage area with drawers and counters. Additionally, it provides excellent access to the engine room.
