Walkthrough Description

TOTHILL is an exceptional vessel in like new condition, with constant custom upgrades, diligent maintenance in all areas and an extensive cruising history.

Starting forward is a wide double v-berth with a hanging locker, ample drawer storage, a large custom bookshelf and 17 Pound ABC Fire Extinguisher.

Aft and to starboard is a sliding door compartment with a Bosch washer and 220V dryer as well as additional storage.

Halatron Fire Extinguisher in Laundry Area. Aft of this is the spacious guest head and separate stall shower.

Opposite and to port is an all Corian surface U-shaped galley with 2 stacked side opening Sea Frost holding plate refrigerators, separate large Capacity top-opening Sea Frost freezer with extra holding plate added

4 burner Broadwater propane stove/oven, microwave, large double Corian sinks and ample storage.

Moving aft and up a few steps takes is an expansive salon, which is surrounded by large opening windows, with Boat Blinds and access doors on either side for excellent ventilation and natural light. Forward and to port is a large shelf surface with swivel chair, which can serve as an entertainment center, desk or extra nav station. A Waterford lamp is bolted to this surface.

Opposite and to starboard is the lower steering station which also houses an excellent breaker panel for both 12V and 110/220V services. Aft from the steering station is a roll top desk with custom filing drawer. A leather L–shaped settee and dining table/coffee table with fold down leaves is to starboard. Custom filing drawer is under settee.

Opposite the settee area are two GB barrel chairs in leather with storage in seats. An entertainment cabinet with top of the line audio/video components is to port between the chairs, including a Samsung Flat panel Smart TV and Direct TV System. To port and aft is custom shelving for CDs and videos.

Moving aft and down some steps is the master cabin with walk-around-queen-sized berth, Temperpedic mattress and a door and hatch to the aft cockpit deck. The head is located to port and the separate large stall shower with custom starboard grate and storage is to starboard. A vanity/ desk/ computer station with chair, custom shelves and drawers is to port. Forward of the queen bed is a large hanging closet with ample storage

The meticulously maintained engine room has five feet of headroom and can be accessed from the salon or from the door under the steps down to the galley.

The flybridge access is via port or starboard, wide steps from either salon door to the aft boat deck. Wide nonskid steps with stainless rail access the flybridge. GB L shaped seats and teak table are to starboard. Frigibar refrig / freezer to port. The deck and flybridge areas are trimmed in navy blue canvas.
