Under sail, Alien’or is a particular pleasure, with custom line configurations all lead to helm, additional winches including two electric, complete Raymarine electronics with radar, chart-plotter, sonar, autopilot, and AIS receiver, extensive sail package including triple-reefed main and genoa, and a 1,400 square foot para-sailer down-wind sail.
For the passengers, Alienor's expansive cockpit and salon can be combined into a large entertaining area, with pass-through galley and complete Textaline enclosure (Over $8,000 in canvas alone). For the captain’s comfort she includes a removal helm enclosure, with both Textaline and clear plastic panels, removable dodger, and full electronics, all while enjoying an unobstructed view and having the social benefits of being within reach of the cockpit. At night, you can sleep soundly on the walk-around, queen berths, knowing there is plenty of battery power from nearly 500 watts of solar, while she is held secure with a 40lb primary on nearly 300 feet of chain . Or if desired, run the generator and A/C systems with the knowledge that she is sipping fuel at barely a quart an hour, waking up to a fresh cappuccino or espresso.
