This fine example of Fairline's flagship back in the 1990's puts this yacht squarely in as a modern classic amongst its neighbors where she currently resides in Phuket. The owner has consistently upgraded this vessel through the years including a bespoke lowering aft platform / beach deck. Thus enabling jet tender carrying capability, as well as having a dual use a large multi purpose wet /dry area close to the water.
Fairline’s motto at the time this vessel was built was “more than skin deep” and that certainly rings true with the Squadron 62. This is a boat of substance, with a handcrafted inner strength that reinforces her outer beauty. The precise tolerances used during her construction, attention to detail, clever design and craftsmanship all combine to produce a boat of unparalleled beauty with the performance to elevate this craft to the sports boat category.
When inside on the main deck behind the helm on the port side is a beautifully polished, six-seater dining table, the clever design of the 62 effectively makes excellent use of all available space, which was clearly illustrated by the tasteful and well-appointed upper galley. It features a full-height refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, microwave, oven, as well as direct access to the side deck.
On the lower deck the Master cabin is very well appointed mid-ships with an ensuite shower room to port and an ensuite toilet to starboard. moving forward a twin bunk cabin to port and a full bed twin cabin to starboard, then moving further forward these are serviced by another bathroom then slightly further forward takes you to the large VIP double cabin which has had a small overhead hatch leak fixed. There is no smell of damp and the headlining and walls simply need a spot steam clean to bring them back to good condition.
The carpets have been well protected over the years and other than some spot cleaning, this yacht is ready for its new owner to move in and explore aquatic delights wherever their chosen cruising ground may be.
Live video appointments are recommended for this yacht so as to show any prospective viewer around the yacht to a level that they can almost feel they are onboard.
