Described as a Huntress 26 in the 1965 London Boat Show Brochure, Wight Huntress more closely resembles a Huntsman 28 having the same moulded hull depth (shortened by 2 feet), single large side windows, standing headroom and separate heads compartment. Her single Perkins HT6354 engine is mounted below the cockpit floor which is flush from the cabin bulkhead to the stern with helmsman and navigator pedestal seats and bench transom seat.
