Welcome to the LADY D. Built in 1976, She began her life as a commercial support ship for the oil industry completing a major refit 2012. Built to ABS class with a 13,000 mile range, she was a perfect Ship to convert to an Expedition Superyacht being capable to navigate to the far reaches of the globe! Converted to be a Superyacht some years ago, Lady D had several major refits with extensive refit/remodel in 2009/2010 with most interior spaces upgraded/remodeled. The Engine room had new Generators installed, new plumbing, new alarm system/monitoring system (Servowatch), a new main electric board was installed and an all new ABB shore power panel installed.

Meticulously maintained with yearly upgrades to present date, the hull was audiogauged early 2018, some plating replaced bring the hull up to current survey easily passing her ABS 5 year survey in January 2018. Now cruising the Far East ready for a new owner continue the journey!

Refits &Amp; Chief Engineer And Captains Remarks

Annual survey completed in March 2015 Sandblasted and repainted the hull in Dec 2014 All machinery in good working order in April 2015 Replacing emergency generator (GM) with 2 John Deere 65 KW generators. that will serve as an emergency generator while underway and as hotel (smaller) generators while dockside.

Report from the Chief Engineer

- Port and Starboard main engines was completely rebuilt and hour counters were zeroed

- Starboard main engine fully overhauled in Singapore 200 Hour counter: 1,320 h

- OVERHAUL M/E No. 1 STBD, NOHAB Polar F28V-825D in Phuket November 2015. Running hours: 5,161 h

- Withdraw all cylinder head

- Open up cylinder cover, Cleaned, Inspection and serviced. Necessary parts replaced

- Serviced air starting valve, Lapping cylinder head face, all injector nozzles replaced and tested

- Withdraw all piston cleaned and inspection, Measurement clearance and report

- Renewed piston ring set

- Withdraw all cylinder liner cleaned and inspection and deglazed all cylinder liners

- Renewed all O-ring, Lapping face cylinder block and box up

- Turbo charger rotor renewed. Bearings, nozzle rings bearing bushes replaced

- Port main engine fully overhauled in La Paz 2008 Hour counter: 224h

- Crankshaft replaced and engine line bored

- OVERHAUL M/E No. 2 STBD, NOHAB Polar F28V-825D in Phuket November 2015. Running hours: 4,942 h

- Withdraw all cylinder head

- Open up cylinder cover, Cleaned, Inspection and serviced. Necessary parts replaced

- Serviced air starting valve, Lapping cylinder head face, all injector nozzles replaced and tested

- Withdraw all piston cleaned and inspection, Measurement clearance and report

- Renewed piston ring set

- Withdraw all cylinder liner cleaned and inspection and deglazed all cylinder liners

- Renewed all O-ring, Lapping face cylinder block and box up

- Turbo charger rotor rebalanced. Bearings, nozzle rings bearing bushes replaced

- Both gear boxes completely over hauled in 2010

- Port over hauled in Cairns, Australia after major break down

- STBD overhauled in Singapore, by Reintjes, after returning from Australia

We replaced some areas in the stern a few years ago and all mechanical components rebuilt and in perfect shape The hull was audiogauged early 2018 some plating replaced remainder and all looked good

The vessel has been meticulously maintained, completed ABS survey 5 year in January 2018, no outstanding issues, hull and all engines/equipment in good working order.
