This is a well-maintained and beautiful cruising sailboat. Auxiliary power is from a 54hp 4-cylinder Yanmar diesel pushing a direct drive Kanzaki model KM35P transmission. The engine and transmission were installed new in 2006 by Embree Marine in St. Petersburg, FL. There is less than 1000 hours on this engine and transmission. "The cabin arrangement is traditional, revolving around a saloon with centerline drop-leaf table and opposing settees, with storage. There's a cabin with a double V-berth forward, with direct access to the forward head. Moving aft, the galley is a step-down, and to port, from the saloon. The C-shaped design leaves room for a stovetop and oven, double sink, and counter space, along with refrigeration. In the passageway leading to the aft cabin is a nav station with a folding table to starboard. The aft cabin is a step up and has a queen-size berth, hanging lockers, a chest of drawers, and a private head with a shower. Teak is used throughout, and a parquet floor is an Endeavour tradition." An Artic Air 120V air conditioning unit keeps the cabin cool and comfortable when connected to shore power or a portable generator (no generator included). There is both wind (Rutland 914i) and solar (205W) electric power generation, four Duracell 12V house batteries, and a 600 W power inverter. Navigation electronics include a Garmin GPS slaved to a Simrad AP24 AutoPilot. There is also AIS B and a VHF radio, as well as wiring for an SSB. On deck, you will note that the top deck is freshly painted all new non-skid. The cockpit has a full enclosure made with Sunbrella fabric and roll-up isinglass windows. There is also a full cockpit bug screen that fits over the enclosure. Standing rigging, running rigging, and lifelines are all in excellent condition.
