DESCRIPTION

The Elizabethan 33 has the relaxed, confident air of a true cruising yacht. It was developed from the Elizabethan 31 which was a popular boat for longer blue water cruising.

She is heavy solid blue water capable boat.

Bukh DV24 Diesel Engine good Electronics, Sprayhood and Eberspecher heating.

Engine and Machanical

Engine

Bukh DV24 24 HP 2 cylinder diesel engine.

The engine in an ex ships lifeboat unit fitted in 2016. Believed to have only 400 hours running.

Engine is shaft driven to a 3 bladed fixed prop.

2017 the prop has been re-pitched to compensate for the new engine and gearbox ratio.

Electrics

12 volt system with 2 x 110 Ah batteries. both replaced 2017.

I'm the third owner of this boat and have enjoyed the sea keeping abilities.

The second ownerwas a Royal Navy Doctor and he sailed her across Biscay to Lisbon Portugal when he was posted to he NATO base there. I have owned the boat since 1999 and I sailed her back across the Biscay and based her near Oban for cruising around the Scottish West Coast.
