Sold out of fishing and converted for charter work and sea angling. More recently she came to Dartmouth and was sadly abandoned by her previous owners so she has been seized and is now the property of the harbour authority. She is being sold as is on the condition that a new owner moves the vessel to another location. She cannot move under her own steam as the main engine is seized. The exact condition of the hull is unknown but there is clear evidence of structural decay and problems that will need to be addressed. This is not a project for the faint hearted or inexperienced but if a large MFV is being sought she could be returned to fine fettle once again with a major rebuild. Length on Deck 73' Beam 20' Draft 10'   Construction Traditional heavy construction of larch on oak frames, iron fastened. Solid straight laid deck. High bulwark all round on stanchions mounted through the cover board Wheelhouse in steel with small coachroof of timber coamings.     Rig Small gaff ketch rig, mainly just steadying sail, on solid wooden masts and spars. Sais in heavy tan Duradon cloth.     Machinery Gardner 8LXB 8 cylinder marine diesel. Engine has apparently been flooded to the dipstick level and is currently seized.     Accommodation Rudimentary accommodation has been fitted by a previous owner when she was converted for pleasure diving. Large wheelhouse fitted out in T&G pine with a table and seating to port and a galley. Space below could be converted to suit a new owner. Reflex diesel cabin heater in the saloon space.     Full specification and details available upon request       Disclaimer: These particulars have been prepared in good faith from information provided by the Vendors and are intended as a guide, Wooden Ships cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessel.
