... We bought the vessel in 1988 at Shamrock Quay, Southampton and sailed her to Phillips boatyard in Dartmouth for a major refit. In 1989 we sailed back to Strangford Lough in Northern Ireland and began our first season operating as a charter vessel running liveaboard diving trips to the Isle of Man and Rathlin Island on the North coast of Ireland...

This Motor yacht has been a commercial vessel, and operating as a charter diving vessel over the last 20+ years. The yacht has thus been kept in immaculate condition and at a commercial standard to satisfying both coding and clients needs over this period. She has a comprehensive kit list. Although not currently coded, this would be a relatively straightforward process for a new buyer so therefore she has potential as a commercial opportunity, with the capability to stay at sea with 10 paying guest and 2 crew for over 10 days.

It could also be said there is great scope for conversion, with many Malahide's being converted to Gentlemen's motor yachts or house boats.

The owners have a deep understanding and connection to their boat and feel it is important to find her a good home as befits a vessel of this class.
