DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW

Mr. Mouse is an impressive 42-meter tri-deck luxury expedition yacht, built to the highest standards offering unmatched stability and long-range cruising capabilities. She accommodates up to ten guests in five staterooms including a full beam master cabin on the main deck with two VIP and two twin guestrooms below.

Her steel hull and steel superstructure are powered by twin MTU 12V2000 M70 engines which have an impressive 3500nm range at 11 knots. The owner took official delivery in April of 2018; Mr. Mouse is in immaculate condition.

WALK THROUGH

Exterior

Beautiful teak decks are on all 3 levels and the outdoor areas are well designed giving the owner and guests several areas to dine, lounge in the sun, shade, or relax in the Jacuzzi. The stern features a massive hydraulic Opacmare swim platform, capable of holding a large tender and the davit loads the jet skis on the bow. This arrangement keeps all the tenders and toys clear from the main decks which maximizes the space for relaxation and outdoor entertaining.

Interior

The main salon is filled with natural light. The use of American Walnut, high quality leather, granite and brushed stainless steel with minimal use of textures gives an asymmetrical balance and amplifies the space. A large, well-equipped cocktail bar services the main salon and has easy access along the port side to the spacious galley. The modern design continues throughout the yacht with leather hand-railed stairs leading down the starboard side to the guest rooms and moving forward into the full beam highly desirable on deck master stateroom.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The master stateroom is on the main deck and there is a small office area with a desk on the outboard side and a cleverly disguised walk-in closet opposite. The stateroom has a flush mounted TV, Bose surround sound, two-person sofa and en-suite granite bathroom that features a large rain shower.

The two VIP aft queen cabins have en suite bathroom containing showers, toilet and bidet, and customized marble throughout. Each VIP has a couch facing the TV on the

outboard side and a work desk underneath the TV.

Two forward twin cabins have en suite shower room with toilet and customized marble throughout. Each guest stateroom offers a full Bose entertainment system and recessed lighting underneath the beds.

Galley

The spacious galley is fully equipped with Miele oven, dishwasher, electric BBQ, wine cooler, fridge, freezer, oven, and microwave. It has access from the port side deck and down to the crew mess and crew living area allowing for discreet service.

Bridge

Walking up the stairs from the lobby leads into the pilot house and the captain’s office. Both are equipped with state-of-the-art communication, navigation, and technical equipment.

Skylounge

Aft of the pilot house is a large sky lounge with cocktail bar, day head, and wide windows create an idyllic panoramic view.

Lazarette

On the port-side aft is a single engineer’s cabin with toilet and shower en suite.

Forward to port are three large stand-up freezers and two technical spaces on the starboard side, with washer, dryer and access to the starboard aft.

Crew Quarters

Crew lounge for 6, forward to port is a double captain’s cabin with toilet and shower en suite.
