This Contest 40 S is from the 2nd owner and in very good condition. The Contest yard needs no introduction by experienced sailors, the Contest is very suitable for distant, seagoing voyages, but also for holidays or weekends on the water. The Contest 40 S we offer has a new rigging (2019) and in 2019 all navigation equipment has been renewed. The ship has a spacious deck layout, the teak deck is in good condition, the cockpit is spacious and offers enough space to sail comfortably. Furthermore, the boat is equipped with a bow thruster and is the mainsail of 2018.

Upon entering, on the left is the galley with a 3-burner gas cooker, oven, microwave and refrigerator. On the right is the navigation corner with the necessary equipment. Midship is the saloon with benches around, and a large table in the middle. There are 2 cabins with a double bed, especially the owner's cabin in the back of the ship stands out. This cabin is very spacious, lots of storage space and bathroom with toilet and shower ensuite. There is also a separate toilet and the boat has large storage cupboards. The engine is located under the cockpit and very easily accessible. This Contest 40 S is certainly suitable for longer stays on board and very worth seeing.
