The Condor Comtess 44 is a timeless design and high quality built by Blohm & Voss in Hamburg (D). The current owner has carried out many technical and cosmetic improvements. The boat has an inside helm from which you can easily maneuver with the two 225-hp Perkins-Sabre engines and the newly built in Max Power bow thruster. On the fly bridge, of course, is a second steering position.
The boat has a spacious comfortable back deck which, like the flybridge, can be completely covered with a bimini. The deck is wide all around, well accessible and fitted with nice stainless steel sea rail with side passages. The entire boat is equipped with safety glass.
At the door you step down into the wheelhouse with the helm on the right. Here is also an L-shaped sofa and you have a good view around. Fore the steering house a few steps down is the cozy and spacious lounge with starboard a generous L couch and left the long kitchen. All in the front are a guest cabin and a shower. In the aft is the very spacious owner's cabin with two beds. En suite is also a head with toilet. The boat has a lot of storage space, including under the salon floor. The engine room is placed under the steering house. The technique has been well-maintained and recently updated.
